Luton have been projected by almost everyone to be a side firmly slotted into the relegation zone come May.
The mixture of their quick rise through the leagues and lack of investment has meant they don’t have a squad built for Premier League survival.
In fact promotion probably came a season too early, but now here, it is clear they won’t be going down without a fight.
Last Friday they showed exactly why they could end up surprising teams and getting points as they gave West Ham a tough time.
Now, they have the arrival of a talented midfielder to look forward to, as Albert Sambi Lokonga joined on loan.

Keown on Lokonga
Speaking on talkSPORT via Luton Today, the Arsenal legend Martin Keown has identified the Hatters new Brazilian as a good signing for them.
He said:
“Luton have spent a small amount of money, I am a bit concerned for them.
“If you look at the teams who have gone up, there is a massive gulf in class, so that’s a good signing.”
The 23-year-old is a player with a lot of talent there if Rob Edwards is able to coach it out of him.
He immediately arrives as one of the clubs most important players, and has already shown he has the talent to play in the Premier League.
From January on last term, he was at Crystal Palace, where he struggled to feature under Patrick Viera, but once Roy Hodgson arrived he got game time.
When he played he impressed, and at Luton he will be playing a lot.
