Blackburn Rovers are said to have rejected Luton Town’s third bid for goalkeeper Thomas Kaminski.

Luton Town continue to look at recruiting a goalkeeper they see as Premier League ready, ahead of the new season.

With just over a week remaining before the Premier League season commences, the Hatters need all the recruitment they can get.

Luton have been clearly prioritising a goalkeeper signing with multiple shot stoppers being of interest in recent weeks.

It is believed that two goalkeepers are required which could explain the persistence in bidding.

In fact Luton are also said to have seen a bid for West Brom’s keeper Alex Palmer rejected on top of their latest rejection.

Luton see Kaminski bid rejected

According to Lancashire Live, Blackburn have turned down a £2million offer from Luton aimed at their goalkeeper Thomas Kaminski.

This would make it three bids which the Premier League new-boys have seen rejected in recent times.

The prior bids were believed to be £1m with various add-ons. But now a £2m bid has been rejected, leaving Luton short on options.

Blackburn despite being keen on selling to raise funds, are sticking to their reported valuation.

The one-time Premier League winners are said to be requesting £3m to £4m for the Belgian’s services, and are insisting on remaining strong on this valuation.

Despite this, it is expected that this won’t put them off in their efforts with two keepers needed ASAP before the Premier League season.

They will be hoping a fourth bid could be enough to tempt the Championship side into selling.
