Luton Town travelled to Arsenal, London Colney Centre, to play a behind closed doors friendly as both sides look to get to full fitness.
The hosts won the game 3-0, a Leandro Trossard brace dovetailing with a Bukayo Saka goal.
In a different style of match, three sets of 30 minutes were played.
This allowed both sides to build up fitness of all their players within their squads, while testing tactics and formations.
According to reports there were a selection of new faces for both sides with new signings and returns from injury.
There is potential that Ross Barkley may have been involved.

There is a lack of coverage of the game as whole, due to it being behind closed doors.
Despite a loss, that isn’t the point of this kind of match.
What will Luton Town get out of this Friendly?
The Hatter’s looked tired by the end of the Brighton game, as coming up to the pace of the Premier League took its toll.
Positive performances on the day were praised by Rob Edwards who knew there were quick improvements needed.
Hopefully with this fitness boost an extra week to prepare, Luton can get some points on the board against Chelsea.
