Luton Town are looking at signing Rob Holding from Arsenal, on a season long loan.
The 27-year old has been left out of the Gunners’ squad for their first three Premier League matches.
It has been reported that Mikel Arteta has cleared him to leave the club, on loan or permanently.
There is interest from Crystal Palace and Wolves, with several Spanish clubs also linked.
The Hatters have been linked with several defenders including Japhet Tanganga and Axel Tuanzbe.
Should Luton Town sign Rob Holding?
Holding joined Arsenal in 2016 and has gone onto make 98 appearances across that seven years.
He played the full 90 as Arsenal beat Chelsea to the FA Cup in 2017.
A year later he suffered a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament and was out for over 10 months.
He won his second FA Cup, starting against Chelsea in August 2020.

With the ups, there has been downs for Holding as he potentially cost Arsenal Champions League football in 2022.
He was sent off in the North London Derby after two yellow cards. His side lost 3-0 following his dismissal.
Despite not being the best player for the Gunners and struggling to nail down a starting role, he would still be a great signing.
Inexperience has been a factor that has scuppered Luton in their opening games and Holding would add experience for sure.
With a consistent run of games he could be a great asset for Rob Edwards’ side.
Sign him on loan and get him playing games and he may just surprise a lot of people.
