Luton Town have struggled to bring in much quality this pre-season but they are now linked with a player who could improve them.

The Hatters have brought in six players so far with the highlight being Ryan Giles from Wolves following his excellent season at Middlesbrough.

Along with Giles comes ex-Manchester United youngster Tahith Chong who impressed at Birmingham City last year, earning him a move to the Premier League.

Mads Andersen and Marvelous Nakamba have both also joined the club from Barnsley and Aston Villa respectively.

Then Manchester City’s Issa Kabore has joined on loan, with Chiedozie Ogbene arriving for free from Rotherham.

Now, attentions have turned toward Ainsley Maitland-Niles who departed Arsenal after his contract expired in June.
